Lemcoe Precision, LLC holds three federal licenses. Together they let us do far more than a retail counter can — manufacture and gunsmith, handle NFA items and their paperwork, and import firearms and ammunition. Here's what each one means for your project.
Manufacturer of Firearms
Lets us manufacture and deal in firearms — the license behind our gunsmithing, barrel threading, custom builds and in-house work, not just retail sales.

Paired with the Type 07, this makes us an NFA manufacturer and dealer: silencers, SBRs and other Title II firearms, plus the Form 1 and Form 4 filings that transfer them to you legally. It's a special-tax class carried on the Type 07 above — not a separate license.
Importer of Firearms & Ammunition
Lets us import firearms and ammunition and file the ATF Form 6 / 6A and CBP paperwork that clears a shipment into the country — the license behind our importation and logistics work.
