Licensed to do all of it

We hold an FFL07 manufacturer license with an SOT02 for NFA, plus an FFL08 importer license. That means we can sell you a silencer, build an SBR or suppressor on a Form 1, and file either transfer ourselves — not hand you off to someone who can.

Common questions

Do I need a gun trust, or can I file as an individual?

Either works. A trust lets you name co-trustees who can also possess the item and makes inheritance cleaner; filing as an individual is simpler if it's just you. We don't draft trusts, but we recommend NationalGunTrusts.com if you want one — bring the finished trust and our notary will witness and seal it at no charge. We don't sell you the trust; we just make signing it easy.

How long does an NFA transfer take?

That's the ATF's clock, not ours, and electronic filing has moved it around a lot. You can watch the ATF's own current processing times at atf.gov/resource-center/current-processing-times. What we control is that your paperwork is filed correctly the first time, so it isn't sitting in a rejection queue — and that you can ask us where it stands whenever you want.

Can I do everything in one visit?

Yes. Choosing the item, fingerprints, ATF-spec photos, and notarizing your trust all happen at the counter in a single trip. The only thing that takes longer is the ATF's review after we file.
