Mountain Park sits on Roswell's northwest edge, which makes us less a destination than the shop down the road. Everything the bench does is a few minutes away: NFA filings and transfers, threading and trigger work, Cerakote and engraving, and restoration on the rifles that deserve it.
Getting here from Mountain Park
Out to GA-92 (Woodstock Road) and southeast into Roswell, then across to Mansell Road. It's a local trip, not a highway one.
Being this close is worth using: bring the firearm in and we'll quote it at the counter rather than trading photographs.
Fulton County NFA paperwork
Your Form 1 or Form 4 has to be copied to a chief law enforcement officer, and which one depends on where you live rather than where you buy. For Fulton County that's the Fulton County Sheriff's Office, or your own city's chief of police — ATF treats either as a valid CLEO.
It is a notification, not a permission slip. Since ATF Rule 41F took effect in July 2016 there's no signature to chase and no sheriff who can decline your application; the copy simply has to go out, correctly addressed, at the time you file.
That's the step people forget, and it's the one we do for you: we prepare the copy, address it to the right Fulton County office, and send it alongside the filing — along with the fingerprints, the ATF-spec photos and the trust notary, all of which happen at our counter.
